Predoctoral Fellow: Reiley is a PhD candidate at the UC Berkeley School of Social Welfare. Her research interests include the historical and ongoing role of social work in perpetuating reproductive oppression, pregnancy criminalization and surveillance, and power dynamics in health care. Predoctoral fellow: Ida is a qualitative and critical researcher who is a DrPH candidate at UC Berkeley School of Public Health. Her current research is focused on framing police violence as a public health issue by examining the experiences of Black and Latina women in Oakland. Ida's research will explore the extent to which substance use is a health outcome as a result of exposure to police violence.
