This National Alcohol Research Center pilot study observes and examines the associations between immune function, alcohol use disorders and psychological distress in a sample of alcohol and drug abusers in treatment in Norway. Results will improve our understanding of the biological links between alcohol use disorders and psychological distress. Sarah Zemore is pilot mentor.
