Primary Research Area:
The epidemiology of alcohol and casualties and violence-related injuries in emergency room (ER) populations and general population; validity of self-reported alcohol consumption based on breathalyzer readings; health services utilization; risk taking and risk curve analysis of alcohol and injuries; and drinking patterns and problems among primary care populations; and screening for alcohol problems.
