Erika Rosen, PhD

Postdoctoral fellow: Erika received her PhD in Epidemiology from the LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans, LA. Her dissertation work focused on the interaction between alcohol use and diet on liver injury in people with HIV. Her current research interests include the use of complex epidemiologic methods in examining the effects of policy and the built environment on alcohol use behaviors and health outcomes, especially among those from socioeconomically disadvantaged backgrounds. Erika’s mentors are William C. Kerr and Pamela Trangenstein.
