Lorraine Midanik is an affiliate senior scientist at ARG. She is a professor and dean at the University of California at Berkeley's School of Social Welfare.

Her areas of interest include alcohol policy, health behavior, alcohol and drug policy, epidemiology of alcohol and drug use, and evaluation of treatment services.
